Our secure server software (SSL) is the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. When an order is received, SSL is again used to unscramble the message, check that it came from the correct sender, and verify that it has not been tampered with.

If you purchase any product from Innovations and then find the identical item advertised elsewhere at a lower price, we will at our option refund you the difference or take the goods back and refund you in full. Offer valid for 14 days from date of purchase.
Innovations are proud to offer easy, interest-free payments. Credit card holders can take advantage of easy terms of up to 10 months for selected items.
In order to keep bringing you this convenient option, there is a small, one off, administration fee of $2.50 (GST inclusive) per product using interest-free payments. This fee will be added to your first payment.
Supplier's Warranty: All products are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a full one year from date of purchase except personalised items which have a 30 day Supplier's Warranty. These warranties are in addition to those implied by law.

Personalisation is free on selected items. Each product has a maximum amount of characters; please check each product. Personalisation will be applied to the quantity selected. To order multiple items with different personalisations, please add them to your cart one at a time.
Any personalised items added to your cart can be reviewed by selecting the review personalisation button in your cart.
Please allow six weeks for despatch from order date of products that can be personalised (whether they are personalised or not) due to the complex systems involved.
