Returns
- Products returned must be in original condition and packaging. You will receive a credit or refund for the full purchase price (excl delivery and insurance).
- A free gift of a similar value may be substituted if stock of the current free gift is exhausted.
- Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Our Price Challenge
If you purchase any product from Innovations and then find the identical item advertised elsewhere at a lower price, we will at our option refund you the difference or take the goods back and refund you in full. Offer valid for 14 days from date of purchase.
Interest Free Payments
Innovations are proud to offer easy, interest-free payments. Credit card holders can take advantage of easy terms of up to 10 months for selected items – even more for some computer products. In order to keep bringing you this convenient option, we will be introducing a small fee of $2.50 (GST inclusive) per product using interest-free payments effective 27th May 2008. This fee will be added to your first payment.
Warranty
Supplier's Warranty: All products are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a full one year from date of purchase except personalized items which have a 30 day Supplier's Warranty. These warranties are in addition to those implied by law.
