1. The delivery and insurance cost is for delivery within New Zealand no matter how many products you order. Charges are per order and are not based on weight.
2. Please note that for all deliveries in New Zealand we require a street/physical address. Hence, if you have supplied us with a Post Office Box address on your customer details, we will also require you to complete the 'Deliver to a different address' fields, with your street address details for delivery.

4. We strive to deliver every in stock order as soon as possible. On average we will dispatch in stock orders within 4 business days of the order being placed, currently our delivery partners are experiencing a high volume of orders and are impacted by COVID-19 restrictions. Our delivery partners have advised expected delays of between 7 and 9 business additional days for delivery. Due to stock availability of some products, please allow up to 21 working days for their delivery.
