I find the cushion very comfortable in the chair I sit in to read my books, before I got the cushion I used to find that when I sit to read for extended periods my back would get sore and stiff.

Quite disappointed with this cushion. It is smaller then it looks in picture and therefore the sides and the back keep slumping down. To stop this from happening I sewed tapes to the side panels so I could secure them in place and an elastic band to the back panel to also secure it. This would have taken minimal effort and very little cost in the manufacturing stage. If it had these already attached I would have given it a 5 star.

It is not as thick as it looks in the picture so it is not as supportive & comfortable as I thought it would be. I am some what disappointed with the Comfort Support Cushion. Carol

You need to ensure the measurements, much smaller than shown it only comes up to your lower back. Ok for bed but not a chair, when you sit in the chair the back comes down, not provided with a way to secure it.

1. The delivery and insurance cost is for delivery within New Zealand no matter how many products you order. Charges are per order and are not based on weight.
2. Please note that for all deliveries in New Zealand we require a street/physical address. Hence, if you have supplied us with a Post Office Box address on your customer details, we will also require you to complete the 'Deliver to a different address' fields, with your street address details for delivery.

4. We strive to deliver every in stock order as soon as possible. On average we will dispatch in stock orders within 4 business days of the order being placed, currently our delivery partners are experiencing a high volume of orders and are impacted by COVID-19 restrictions. Our delivery partners have advised expected delays of between 7 and 9 business additional days for delivery. Due to stock availability of some products, please allow up to 21 working days for their delivery.
